Responsibilities:
- Participate in industry association events and trade shows (conferences,
exhibits), etc to promote our products;
- Build or enhance business relationships with health professionals and
other distributors, by paying regular visits and follow-up phone calls;
- Evaluate the sales potential of existing clients, cultivate and reinforce
existing client base; activate inactive accounts;
- New account prospecting and successfully expand client base;
- Effectively close sales, meet and exceed sales quota within an assigned
territory;
- Utilize customer-centric selling skills in presentations;
- Merchandising our products for maximum impact;
- Prospect or identify new business or sales opportunities;
- Report to and work closely with the Sales Manager on regular basis.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of sales experience in selling nutraceuticals or in the pharmaceutical
industry (outside sales experience preferred);
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English, and
a second language is considered an asset, Spanish preferred;
- Strong prospecting, communication, presentation, and interpersonal
skills with professionalism;
- Demonstrate effective organizational and communication skills are required,
as well as the ability to work as directed;
- Strong ability to work within a team and independently without
supervision;
- Proven ability to close sales; Results driven;
- Passionate about selling natural health products and building high-quality customer relationship, customer centric with a positive sales attitude;
- Strong ability to identify potential clients, evaluate client needs,
and implement product solutions while capturing increased market share;
- Must be willing to travel, must own a vehicle.
