In 2003, Panagin Pharmaceuticals Inc. had registered Shanghai Tian-bo Biosciences Inc. ("Shanghai Tian-bo"), a holding company in charge of all the drug development and future pharmaceutical sales in China.  In 2004, Shanghai Tian-bo had completed the formulation number application of Careseng® I.V. (PandiMex) for hospital use in China and also started the IND clinical studies of PandiMex and Careseng® oral capsules for the drug applications to the State Food and Drug Administration (SFDA) of China.  Shanghai Tian-bo is also in charge of all the regulatory process and applications in China for manufacturing and importing of the basic nutritional support (Careseng® NutroPro) series and the function restoration series (Careseng® series containing herb-derived small-molecule compounds).
