Pegasus Georgia Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary company of Pegasus Pharmaceuticals Group Inc. in the Republic of Georgia.   The company is in charge of all the collaborative clinical trials, novel drug approvals, pharmaceutical sales and other businesses in the Republic of Georgia as well as the other neighbor CIS countries (former Soviet Union).
