Careseng Time (Beijing) Health BioTech Co., Ltd. ("Careseng Time") is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pegasus Pharmaceuticals Group Inc. as well as the management company of all the franchises of Careseng Health Club in mainland China.  Careseng Time is in charge of establishing the Careseng Health Club and club franchises, and managing all the operations of the clubs.  By year 2015, Careseng Time is planning to have opened 200 solely operated clubs and club franchises providing a wide range of healthcare services such as rehabilitation for cancer patients and those with chronic diseases, cancer or chronic disease preventive care for general population with sub-health conditions, and beauty and wellness care.
