Dr. Lawrence Mayer, PhD, Senior Sentist, Department of Advanced Therapeutics, BC Cancer Agency; Adjunct Professor, Pharmaceutical Sciences, University of British Columbia (UBC), Canada.  His research is focused on the therapeutic modulation of multidrug resistance and drug delivery systems.

Dr. Marcel Bally, PhD, Senior Research Scientist, BC Cancer Agency; Professor, and Head of the Department of Advanced Therapeutics of University of British Columbia (UBC), Canada.  Specializing in the research of drug delivery systems, Dr. Bally is an internationally renowned scientist.  He is currently in research collaboration with Dr. W. Dr.Paul Rennie, PhD, Director, Laboratory Research, The Prostate Centre at Vancouver General Hospital (VGH), Canada; Professor, Department of Urologic Sciences and Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine, University of British Columbia (UBC), Canada.  Specializing in the hormone regulation and therapeutic research of advanced prostate cancers, Dr.Rennie is a joint co-chair with Dr. William Jia for the Prostate Cancer Gene Therapy Research Project at the National Cancer Institutes of Canada.

Yaoxing Huang, PhD, Dr. Huang graduated from the Shanghai Medical College, and received his doctoral degree in virology at the New York University, USA.  He's currently the Professor and Scientist at the Aaron Diamond AIDS Research Center, The Rockefeller University, USA, under the leadership of Scientific Director and CEO Dr. David Ho who is the world renowned Scientist in AIDS research.  With over 10 years of experience in the AIDS research, Dr. Huang has been in collaborative research with Dr. Ho since 1992.  He has over 30 publications in professional scientific journals on AIDs, infectious diseases, immunology and the development of gene vaccine.  He owns three gene vaccine patents for AIDs and other diseases.
