Dr. James Goldie, MD
Dr. Goldie is the Clinical Emeritus Professor at University of British Columbia (UBC), Consultant as well as the former Medical Director of BC Cancer Agency, Canada. Dr. Goldie is an international leader in oncology, especially in the research and treatment of drug resistant cancer. His theory (Goldie-Coldman Hypothesis) on drug resistant cancer is quoted in almost all major oncology textbooks. Dr. Goldie has over 200 peer-reviewed publications and compiled about 29 oncology textbooks or chapters. Dr. Goldie advises Panagin Pharmaceuticals on the clinical study strategies and the development of clinical trial protocols.
Dr. Francis Law, MD
Dr. Francis Law is currently the Professor in the Department of Biological Sciences, Simon Fraser University (SFU), Canada. Dr. Law's research interests include preclinical and clinical studies on the safety and efficacy of biopharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals and natural health products especially Chinese herbal medicine, as well pharmacokinetic studies on laboratory animals and human. He has extensive experience in the registration submission to Health Canada and US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for drugs and herbal products and in the quality control of novel drugs.
Dr. David Osoba, MD
Dr. David Osoba is a Retired Professor, Department of Medicine, University of British Columbia (UBC), and the former Vice President of BC Cancer Agency, Canada. With clinical background in oncology, Dr. Osoba has extensive research experience in immunology, clinical trials and measurement of quality of life of cancer patients. In the past 17 years, he has been a member of the Quality of life Committee of Clinical Trial Group, National Cancer Institutes of Canada (served as Chairman from 1986-1996). He was the former president of the International Society for Quality of Life Research (ISOQOL) and is still a board director. Furthermore, from 1992 to 2001, Dr. Osoba was an Associate Editor of the "Quality of Life Research" magazine. Dr. Osoba has more than 250 scientific publications to his credit. He advises Panagin Pharmaceuticals on the development of clinical trial protocols and data review.
